Group Exercise with Heart Rate Monitoring
“People are moving away from personal training, which can be very expensive, and are reverting back to group exercise. But group exercise is changing –heart rate monitors are the way forward. Each member wears one throughout the class, with the data from the belt projected on a screen for the instructor.This way they are able to make sure that each individual in the class are working within the parameters best for them. It’s a way of delivering a personalapproach in a group environment.”
